Immigration Legal Services
Our organization provides a wide range of free immigration and victim support services to individuals and families in our community. Call to schedule an appointment for these services at (209)337-7505!
Immigration Services:
- Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications
- Immigration consultations to determine eligibility for benefits
- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewals
- Citizenship applications
- Work permit renewals
- Lawful Permanent Residence renewals and replacements
Services for Crime Survivors:
- Assistance with applications under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
- U Certifications
- Help requesting restraining orders
- Guidance and support throughout the criminal justice process

Citizenship and English Classes
Our organization offers English and Citizenship classes at our office. English classes are open to all and do not require registration. However, Citizenship classes do require sign-ups, as there is a waiting list. For more information, please call (209)523-2860.

Alterna Card

Digital Literacy Classes
El Concilio California offers digital literacy programs, the Hispanic Federation Youth Accelerator Program and the Latino Digital Literacy Y3 Program. If you are interested in signing up for this program, please call us (209)523-2860.
Hispanic Youth Accelerator Program
The Hispanic Federation Youth Accelerator Program focuses on individuals between the ages of 15 and 25. It consists of preparing the youth for the job force by focusing on how a computer works and making sure they understand how Microsoft 365 works in the job world. We do this through a class or one on ones in order to make sure our students are understanding how to apply their computer/Microsoft skills to their everyday lives.
Latino Digital Literacy Y3
Latino Digital Literacy Y3 focuses on all ages, we mainly see individuals between 25–65-year-olds. The program focuses on job readiness which consists of a complete understanding of Microsoft 365, resume building workshops, job search and mock job interviews. We encourage students to attend one on one meetings when applying to jobs in which we can dedicate an hour or two to make sure the job applications are filled correctly as well as showing the student step by step in case they have to fill one out on their own.
Youth Behavioral Health Services
Our Youth Behavioral Health Outreach Program empowers young people ages 12–25 through mental health education, peer support, and access to critical resources. In addition to promoting emotional well-being and reducing stigma, we also guide youth on their college and career pathways—helping them build a brighter, more resilient future.
